Client will receive access to reporting console showing performance data, activity summaries, and campaign insights. Data is for informational purposes only.
No guarantees regarding rankings, traffic, or revenue. Performance depends on third-party platforms and market conditions.
Client must provide timely access to website, social accounts, and required approvals.
Work product belongs to Client when paid in full. Both parties maintain confidentiality of business information.
This is a 12-month binding contract. Early termination by Client requires payment of remaining balance. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
Scott Lumley Consulting not liable for indirect damages including loss of rankings or revenue.
Contract governed by laws of the State of Tennessee.
Payments are due monthly in advance.
