3. Services Provided

Scott Lumley Consulting agrees to provide full-scale digital marketing and SEO services which may include but are not limited to:

Website SEO optimization
On-page and technical optimization
Backlink development and authority building
Google search ranking optimization
AI search visibility including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and DeepSeek
Entity optimization for AI-driven search platforms
Social media posting at a rate of one post per day
Ongoing strategy adjustments based on performance data

4. Client Console Access

The Client will be provided access to a client reporting console during the term of this Contract. The client console may display performance data, activity summaries, content visibility, and campaign-related insights. Data displayed may be sourced from third-party platforms and is provided for informational purposes only. Scott Lumley Consulting does not guarantee real-time accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data within the client console. Access to the client console is provided only while the account remains active and payments are current.

5. No Ranking Guarantees

Client acknowledges that Scott Lumley Consulting makes no guarantees regarding rankings, traffic, or revenue. Search performance depends on third-party platforms, algorithms, competition, and market conditions beyond the Service Provider's control.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide timely access to:

Website hosting, CMS, and analytics
Social media accounts
Required approvals and information

Delays caused by the Client may affect performance timelines.

7. Payment Terms

Monthly Fee *

Payments are due monthly in advance.

Billing Start Date *

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
All payments are non-refundable once services are rendered.

Additional Terms

8. Ownership of Work

Work product remains the property of the Client while the account is active and paid in full. Scott Lumley Consulting retains ownership of proprietary methods, systems, and strategies.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public business information.

10. Termination

This Contract is a 12-month commitment.

Early termination by Client requires payment of the remaining contract balance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scott Lumley Consulting may terminate for non-payment, misuse, or unlawful activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

Scott Lumley Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of rankings, revenue, or business interruption.

12. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

13. Entire Contract

This Contract constitutes the entire contract between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.

* I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this SEO Services Contract, including the 12-month commitment, monthly payment of $1,800.00, no ranking guarantees, and early termination provisions.
